PROPOSAL TO CHANGE ORDER OF AGENDA FOR SATURDAY GA's

This proposal is sponsored by the Electoral WG.

Since the Saturday GA's seem to be growing in size, and the various working groups are just super busy coming up with exciting proposals, I would like to propose, for the purpose of more efficient and successful Saturday GA's, the following changes to the Saturday (only) GA agenda:

1:00 to 1:15 Arrivals, setting up chairs, and a bit of socializing

1:15 to 1:16 An Inspirational Moment, lead by a member of the Spirituality WG, to bring the group to a place of Peace, Love and Balance

1:16 to 2:15 Review Proposals submitted to the Facilitation WG, in advance, for Clarification, Discussion and Consensus (in order to make this as efficient as possible, it is recommended that all proposals to be reviewed be posted to the website 48 hours prior to the GA, and preferably to the Forum that already exists: Occupy Boulder : General Assembly : Occupation Proposals, and suggest that the Facilitation WG post the agenda for the next Saturday GA listing which proposals will be presented, so people have time to read them prior to showing up at the actually GA, or to post comments about the proposals, if they are unable to attend the Saturday GA. In addition, suggest that 5 copies of each proposal be brought to the GA for newcomers, or folks without access to a computer to read)

2:18 to 3:15 Continue to Review Proposals

3:15 to 3:16 Another Inspirational Moment, preferably with eyes closed

3:17 to 3:30 Announcements

3:31 to 3:45 Q & A

3:46 to 3:47 Final Inspirational Moment, preferably with everyone holding hands and looking into each others' eyes celebrating a successful GA

3:48 to 4:00 Everyone stack your chair, clear out and let the cleanup crew do their thing

Yes, 2 things are noticably missing: 1. Instructions on hand-signals (suggest that a certain brilliant photographer (Ilan) and an organization freak (Grandpa Tom) put together a one page document of photos of hand-signals and explanation of hand-signals to be both posted on the website, and have printouts available for any newcomers. 2. Working group reports - if the working groups are posting their minutes, there should be no need for WG reports, but if any discussion is necessary, it could be brought up during Q & A.
